Theresa Leith is an associate who supports clients across the firm’s practice areas, including bankruptcy, commercial litigation, estate planning, successions, and retirement orders. She joined the firm in 2025.

She earned her JD from Tulane University Law School in 2025 and her undergraduate degree from Cornell University. While at Tulane, she served as Senior Articles Editor for the Journal of Law & Sexuality, where she honed valuable legal research, editing, and writing skills. She also worked as a student attorney in the Civil Rights & Federal Practice Clinic, gaining hands-on experience in client advocacy, including motion practice and discovery.

Born and raised in Mandeville, Louisiana, Theresa enjoys exploring used bookstores, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
