Our firm uses online payment service Tabs3Pay for processing of electronic payments by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), or by electronic check (ACH). Simply click the "Make Payment" button to the right.
Pay by Mail or Hand Delivery
If paying by paper check, make it payable to “The Derbes Law Firm, LLC” and include the invoice/statement and file number(s) with your payment. You may also complete and return the Payment Authorization for processing of payment of credit card, debit card, or electronic check. Please send the check or completed form to our office at The Derbes Law Firm, LLC, 3027 Ridgelake Drive, Metairie, LA 70002. The front door has a mail slot for hand delivery.

To pay by phone with credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), or by electronic check, call Cherie Berrigan at 504.207.0911 or Aleta O’Brien at 504.207.0919.
Paperless Billing
To improve the efficiency of our billing communications, please email Aleta O’Brien at aobrien@DerbesLaw.com to have your invoices or statements sent to you by email instead of mail.

The above payment button is for TRUST DEPOSITS only. For invoice payments, please refer to your invoice email and use the “Make a Payment” link provided in the email. If you no longer have the invoice email, please email billing@derbeslaw.com with the request for a duplicate invoice.
